Live In-Play Betting: Odds change after every wicket and at the end of every powerplay over. The faster you decide, the more opportunities you have in the live market.
How to Read Odds
Understanding odds is one of the most important skills in online betting. 57db displays odds mainly in decimal format, which is the easiest to read.
Decimal Odds
Formula: Total Return = Stake × Odds
Example: You placed a ৳500 bet at odds of 1.80. If you win, the total return will be ৳500 × 1.80 = ৳900 (profit ৳400).
Implied Probability
Formula: Probability (%) = 1 ÷ Odds × 100
Odds of 1.80 mean the bookmaker considers the probability of that outcome to be around 55.6%. The lower the odds, the bigger the favourite.
Format Comparison
| Format | Example | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 1.80 | ৳180 back on a ৳100 bet |
| Fractional | 4/5 | ৳4 profit on a ৳5 bet |
| American | -125 | ৳100 profit on a ৳125 bet |
